Milad Rezaei- Artist, Educator
Let's meet, I will listen to your journey and tell you about mine. We will forget about our "achievements" and hope to connect heart to heart. We will reimagine what it means to be a human.

Before
Before any story,
everything is clear.
Before any interpretation,
everything is still.
Before any interruption, belief,
and intention,
everything is content.
Before memory begins the engine of connection,
connecting, or forcing to connect all that is stored in shelves,
everything is alive.
Before little worms
crawl out of the ground of a mind,
disturbing the scene,
all there is
is idle,
all there is
is quiet.
There is just a dream,
and I interpret while I am dreaming,
as I am dreaming.
